This summerhouse was built in the early 70s and is part of a 4-part building complex designed by a team of architects led by M. Ģelzis. The reconstruction proposal intends to preserve the authentic modernistic architectural form, which has been complemented with layout corrections that suit the functional program. A new, separate, and covered car stand with a room for gardening tools has been designed. Landscape architecture has been created in collaboration with the architectural office LANDSHAPE.
