This area is located within the protected cultural zone known as the “Historic Center of Riga,” which is listed as a UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage site. The new buildings in this area take inspiration from the existing architecture of Riga’s center, incorporating a minimalist and modern aesthetic while maintaining a delicate simplicity. The street facades have been designed with two-story high mansard roofs, providing a distinctive urban appearance. In contrast, the inner yard exhibits a more spacious and suburban-like atmosphere.
