This building is designed to reflect the history of the area upon which it is built. It can be compared to a fossil - an evidence of what has previously been here. This building has the same facade rhythm and volume as the historical one that stood here until World War II. The facade of the new building has the 'imprint' of historical facade elements, but in a new, contemporary material. Polished stone slabs form the new facade while preserving the precise details that characterize the historical one.
