The holiday house Something is provided for one or two people. Something coresponds to Passive House standarts. The Holiday house is designed to use passive Solar Energy while avoiding excessive overheating. It has very low U values - overall heat transfer coefficient. Something is equipped with ventilation system using air heat recovering principles.
The standard PMH technologies give opportunity to transport the pre-fabricated houses without difficulty. Something can be comfortably installed at any season.
This Holiday house is of very low exploitation costs.
