The commercial building complex located along highway creating a buffer zone to residential construction. The design of streets excludes transit traffic through the new district. Office buildings are united by multi-storey parking zone containing comfortable living roof which serves as a common recreation zone for employees of offices. 3 – 5 storey residential buildings have a unified standard solution with different orientations of buildings. There are included similarities to the traditional elements of single – family houses from a human point of view.
