The house image came from the memories of the black tarred fishing boats. Wooden weatherboards are used for the walls and roof, in this way giving an accent to laconic form of the building. The sea side roof overhangs are formed typically small for windy Pavilosta. Southside overhang on terrace ends with sliding shutters. Its can be used as cover from neighbouring buildings and the summer sun. Technical solution for windows of side yard roof allowed them to be in one level to roof coverage.
