Regional library’s new building is located close to historical centre of Limbazi, beside District Council of Limbazi and Vienibas park. New construction respects important place of the town and fits into the surrounding. New library emphasizes the new town square. Library’s image is formed by uniting the semantic architecture of the library with rental premises at ground floors. The public importance of the building is emphasized by the appropriate modern architecture thus highlighting Limbazi as centre of district.
