Summer cottage is located in territory of garden farm „Atpūta” at Sventes district near to Daugavpils. It is planned to reorganize existing building in valuable, well-insulated private house and show it into the new modern architectural image. Building plot is located at the top of the hill and its biggest value is escarpments and beautiful view down to valley. Sketch design looking through the development of common territory: guest houses and saunas are located at building plot.
