The building must to become one of the symbols of Spikeru quarter and it will have unquestionable landmark function at Contemporary Culture and Creative Industry Quarter Square in future. Project solution provides to build elevation and create clear separation between historic building and the new roof, at the same time taking into account exhibition hall needs – 4 m high ceiling, spacious rooms and capacity of existing premises. During the night, lighting emphasizes symmetry of buildings brick facade.
