Office space orientation towards cardinal points and a view to Zunda channel were important details in buildings design. For offices beneficial north direction is extensively used. There is created outlook towards the channel by directing facade. The east side facade is made by combining frosted and transparent glass in this way dispersing direct sunlight and leaving the clear view through the transparent parts. West side facades direction provides view to Zunda channel and do not allow sunset beams disturb the work. There is limited glazing with horizontal roller-blind at south facade. It is planned to place solar chimney in this part of building. It will help to provide natural ventilation.
